1- Shipping Policy:


Processing Time: All our Zellige tile orders are custom-made with care, and therefore, there is no existing stock. The processing time for each order is 4-5 weeks before it is ready for shipping.

Shipping Method and Costs: We utilize a reliable express shipping service, such as UPS Worldwide Express, for all deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the order's weight and destination.

Shipping Time: Expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 business days once it has been shipped.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information promptly, allowing you to monitor the delivery status and anticipate its arrival.
 
Note: Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.
Additionally, when placing your order, double-check the details, including the quantity needed, tile shape, and color preferences, to ensure the accurate fulfillment of your customized order.
 

2- Return Policy:


Return Eligibility: Regrettably, returns cannot be accommodated, as each order is meticulously crafted to meet the unique color, shape, and size preferences specified by the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items: While we conduct thorough quality control before shipping, the delicate nature of our products may result in some pieces sustaining damage during transit. To mitigate this, we strongly recommend overage of your order by at least 10%. In the rare event of receiving damaged or defective items, please contact us promptly, and we will diligently address and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation: In certain circumstances, and before the production process of your order commences, we may entertain order cancellations. They will assess your request and advise you on the feasibility of cancellation. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible after placing your order to ensure timely assistance.
